Law Clerkships


NOW OPEN: 2024-2025 JUDICIAL LAW CLERK APPLICATION PROCESS

Arizona Supreme Court clerkship applications and materials are being accepted from law students who expect to graduate in 2025 and wish to apply for the 2025-2026 term. Students may submit applications at any time, but the justices will not conduct interviews or begin making clerkship offers until June 11, 2024.

The Arizona Supreme Court complies with all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination and provides reasonable accommodation to disabled individuals as required by the ADA.

The following justices will be accepting applications:

  • Vice Chief Justice Ann A. Scott Timmer
  • Justice John R. Lopez IV
  • Justice James Beene
  • Justice William G. Montgomery
  • Justice Kathryn Hackett King

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: 2025-2026 TERM

The application materials must include:

  • Cover Letter
  • Resume
  • Law School Transcript
  • Undergraduate Transcript
  • Writing Sample
  • Two or Three Letters of Recommendation
