Petition to Amend Rule 53(b)(3), Ariz. R. Civ. P.

Would change the requirement that a prospective master file a conflicts affidavit before appointment, so that the affidavit would be required after a court's referral of a matter to the prospective master, but before he or she accepts the appointment.
