SUA SPONTE PETITION TO AMEND RULE 20, ARIZONA RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

The proposal would amend Rule 20, dealing with judgments of acquittal before verdict, to reflect that aggravating factors must be tried to a jury in both capital and non-capital cases.
