    PETITION TO MODIFY RULE 15.4(b), ARIZONA RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

    Would clarify that "free talk" statements are not discoverable unless they are exculpatory or the person who made the statement becomes a witness for the prosecution at trial
