Would allow tribal governments from other states seeking to exercise their rights under ICWA in Arizona child custody proceedings to avoid some pro hac vice appearance requirements; to obtain special admission of out-of-state attorneys representing tribes in ICWA cases; and to use a non-lawyer representative designated by a tribe in ICWA proceedings.

3/2/2017 Request to Consider Untimely Petition DENIED. Petition will be considered in due course during Court's 2018 rules cycle.

Comments must be submitted on or before May 21, 2018.
