    AMENDED PETITION TO AMEND RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE JUVENILE COURT PROVIDING FOR NOTICE OF PROCEEDINGS.

    TO REQUIRE NOTICE TO FOSTER PARENTS, PRE-ADOPTIVE PARENTS AND RELATIVE CAREGIVERS OF A CHILD INFOSTER CARE UNDER THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE STATE FOR ANY PROCEEDING REGARDING A CHILD.

    The court also adopted the amendments set forth in the Amended Petition on an emergency basis, effective as of June 15, 2007, with a comment period to follow.

    COMMENTS ON THE AMENDED PETITION ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2007.

    ADOPTED as modified on a permanent basis, effective January 1, 2008.
