**AMENDED** PETITION TO AMEND RULES 48.1, 50, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, **61,** 62 and 65 and Forms I, II, III, AND **1A,** RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE JUVENILE COURT, ON AN EXPEDITED BASIS

Would conform rules to relevant statutes, procedural rules, and case law, and would make rules more understandable to parents in dependency, guardianship, and termination of parental rights actions.
