    Petition to Amend Rules 41, 47, 47.1, 50, 52, 58, and 68, Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court

    Petitioner respectfully requests that the proposed new rules be adopted on an expedited basis pursuant to Rule 28(G) effective on and after September 30, 2009, as that is the effective date of the statutory changes necessitating the rule changes, with distribution for comment following adoption. The proposed rul amendments and rules are attached as Appendix A.

    ADOPTED on an emergency basis, effective September 30, 2009. Circulate for comments.

    COMMENTS DUE MAY 20, 2010.

    ADOPTED on a permanent basis.
