    Hon. Ruth A. Willingham, Clerk
Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One
    1501 W. Washington
    Phoenix, AZ 85007-3329
    602-542-4821

In addition to the changes proposed in the petition, it is also recommended that a change be made in Juvenile Rule 104(C)(1) to clarify when the clerk of the superior court must serve copies of the notice of appeal.

The recommended change would require such service to be made "within two business days following the filing of a notice of appeal," instead of "immediately upon the filing of a notice of appeal."
