    PETITION TO AMEND RULE 45 AND RULE 58, RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR THE JUVENILE COURT

    Would add a requirement that the child safety worker's written report address the efforts made to ensure educational stability of a child in foster care

    A recent report demonstrates that Arizona children in foster care are achieving poor educational results that are generally worse than children in poverty, children with learning disabilities, and children who are English Language Learners (ELLs).
