    As petitioner, I reserve the right to Reply later in this matter, per Rule 28(D)(2), Rules of the Supreme Court.

    In this comment, not being sure of protocol and not wanting to lose a right, I simply ask the court to take notice of a cross comment titled "Comment to Petition to Amend Order Procedure Rule 6(E)(4)(e)(2) of the Arizona Rules of Protective Order Procedure" filed by the Chair, Committee on the Impact of Domestic Violence and the Courts. I intend to refer to this cross comment later in a Reply as it relates in support my petition herein.
