On February 2, 2018, the Committee on Superior Court, upon motion made and seconded and with one “no” vote, authorized Chairman Hon. David L. Mackey to file this comment on behalf of the Committee.

“The Supreme Court should refrain from amending civil rules this year in order to allow the bar and bench time to assimilate the very substantial changes that were made last year and the year before.”
