    This petition would update, restyle, and reorganize Rule 28, Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court, the "rulemaking rule."

    Petitioner is grateful to the commenters for their suggestions. I have no objection to the comments made by the State Bar--the preamble language is excellent, a great improvement--and I believe the Bar's suggestions also address the concerns Mr. Mengle raised.
