    The Administrative Office of the Courts concurs with the comment filed by the State Bar of Arizona, posted April 1, 2008, which provides that the reference to “judge” in the proposed amendments should be changed to “court” and further concurs with the revised version of Exhibit A attached to the Comment of the State Bar of Arizona.
