    PETITION TO AMEND RULES 5.1, 47, 67(b), 69, 74 AND 78, ARIZONA RULES OF FAMILY LAW PROCEDURE

    WOULD, AMONG OTHER THINGS, PROVIDE PROCEDURE FOR CONSOLIDATION OF DEPENDENCY AND CUSTODY PROCEEDINGS; MAKE NON-PARENT CUSTODY CASES SUSCEPTIBLE TO TEMPORARY ORDERS; PRECLUDE COUNSEL FROM ATTENDING PARENTING COORDINATOR MEETINGS; AND MAKE OFFERS OF JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO ARCP 68 INAPPLICABLE TO LEGAL MATTERS SUBJECT TO ARFLP.
