    PETITION TO AMEND RULE 32.2(a) & (b), ARIZONA RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

    Would provide that the rule of preclusion set forth in Rule 32.2(a) would not apply when the ground for post-conviction relief is the court's lack of jurisdiction to render judgment or impose sentence
