    Would identify minute entries and orders in family law cases that may be published online

    COMMENTS DUE ON AMENDED PETITION JUNE 5, 2013.

    The proposed amendments would allow publication of the docket in a subset of criminal cases and permit additional, limited remote electronic access to case documents to active members of the State Bar of Arizona and governmental entities.
