1 Application Stage
Head to our Careers page to view open roles. Even if you don't meet every requirement listed in a job description that doesn't mean we don't want to hear from you. If you think you'd be a good fit for the job anyway, use your application to show us why!

Each job posting is assigned a unique web address at the bottom of the announcement. This unique address will take you to our applicant tracking system where you can upload your cover letter and resume. Additional documents may include supplemental questionnaires or writing samples. Some positions may also require specific information in cover letters. After you apply online, you will receive a confirmation email. Your resume and cover letter are routed to the Hiring Manager for consideration. Positions at the Arizona Supreme Court are not covered by the State Personnel System.
2 Application Review
Applicants whose backgrounds most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to interview. The Selection Process may include a telephone interview, one or two interviews with an interview panel, and job-related skills assessments. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the interview process, please make your request at the time you are contacted to schedule the interview.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. All finalists must undergo a criminal history records check and pre-employment screening. When asked to provide professional references, please make sure you provide up-to-date contact information.
3 Team Interview
At this stage of the interview process, you will have an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and potential colleagues. Depending on the position, you may also be scheduled to meet with the leader of the division or department.

If you are called for an interview, plan on arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to allow for time to get through Security. If your interview is at the State Courts Building, parking is available on the corner of 15th Avenue and Jefferson. Enter through the doors at the top of the stairs. Applicants who need assistance may enter through the first floor entrance via the ramp to the right of the stairs. When scheduling your interview, be sure to confirm the location of the interview room and inform the security officers where the interview is taking place so they can direct you to the appropriate hallway and/or floor.
4 Final Decision
Hopefully, after the team debriefs, you receive an offer. If not, we always provide candidates with updates on our decision regardless of the outcome and encourage you to apply for future openings at the Arizona Supreme Court.
5 New Hire Onboarding
Once you've accepted the offer, our recruiting team will provide you with all of the information you need to know about the Arizona Supreme Court's new hire onboarding process.
