Uniform Conditions of Supervised Probation
The revised Uniform Conditions of Supervised Probation incorporated Evidence-Based Principles into practice. The conditions were re-organized into specific categories, changing the numbering of the conditions. The following general changes were made to the conditions so it appeared less directive or authoritative and provided a more collaborative or contractual approach:

• The deletion of “it is ordered” from the first sentence |

• The addition of “I will” throughout the document |
| |
|
• A change in the receipt and acknowledgement verbiage |
