Pretrial Services Committee (PSC)

In accordance with Administrative Order 2015-89, the Pretrial Services Committee was established in order to promote “the use of evidence-based practices and programs that improve the quality and effectiveness of pretrial services...”

 

The committee was established in November 2015 and meets four times a year.  Membership is across the stakeholders and can be comprised of pretrial services managers/executives, Superior Court Judges, Initial Appearance Commissioners, County administration, legal defenders, prosecutors, and members of the public. 

 

 

NOTICE OF MEETINGS

An agenda of the items to be considered, discussed, or decided may be obtained at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.  Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as auxiliary aids or materials in alternative formats by contacting Dionna Diaz.  A person requesting an accommodation should make the request as early as possible to allow time to arrange.
