Strengthening the Administration of Justice

Nominees will have demonstrated a substantial or creative contribution to improving the administration of justice. Maintaining a Professional Workforce and Improving Operational Efficiencies

Nominees will have demonstrated a substantial or creative contribution to maintaining a professional workforce and improving operational efficiencies within the judicial system.  Judicial Branch leadership must continuously examine and improve not only the systems, process, and procedures used to deliver justice to Arizonans, but also the competency and professionalism of those who do the courts' work.  Click here to get detailed information regarding this goal.


Improving Communications

Nominees will have demonstrated substantial or creative contributions to improve effective and meaningful communications with other branches of government, improve business relations, promote better-informed policymaking and participation, and provide educational, or learning opportunities that increase public awareness about the court system. Click here to get detailed information regarding this goal.


Protecting Children, Families, and Communities

Nominees will have demonstrated substantial or creative contributions in helping courts protect Arizona's children, families and communities by providing them with an independent, neutral forum for resolving disputes; dispensing justice in a fair and equitable manner; improving how children and families are served; ensuring that juvenile detention facilities are available, safe and secure; or by providing probation services, which improve public protection and offender accountability.  Click here for detailed information regarding this goal.

Improving the Legal Profession

Nominees will have demonstrated substantial or creative contributions in the examination of existing rules governing the practice of law, the attorney admission and disciplinary system, and legal practices and procedures that encourage systemic efficiency while maintaining public confidence.  Click here for detailed information regarding this goal.
