GO DIRECTLY TO AZTURBOCOURT APPLICATION
ARIZONA SUPREME COURT AND COURT OF APPEALS, DIVISION ONE
In 2011, several law firms and government agency lawyers voluntarily used and tested the Appellate component of the statewide e-filing system, AZTurboCourt, to file documents with the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals, Division One. The testing was successful and all lawyers who wish to e-file documents with these two courts now may do so using AZTurboCourt.
Administrative Order 2012-2 gives detailed information regarding Appellate e-filing procedures and requirements.
Effective February 1, 2012, lawyers employed by and representing state and local governmental entities are required to use AZTurboCourt
Effective April 2, 2012, ALL lawyers are required to file documents electronically through AZTurboCourt.
Payment of application fees and filing fees is currently available through a PayPal account or by credit card. Please be advised that PayPal account set up can take 2-5 business days to complete.
