INFORMATION BELOW IS FOR REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION PERIOD OF NEW APPLICANTS ONLY. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL STEPS.
If you received notice and approval to transfer your application and payment from July 2020, you do not have to submit another application. This application period is for new applicants only.
Step 1: Review limitations to October Remote Exam.
Scores earned from this exam will only be eligible for admission to the practice of law in Arizona and will NOT result in a Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) Score. Applicants who sat in any jurisdiction for the July 2020 or September 2020 bar examinations will not be eligible to sit for the October Remote administration.
Step 2: Pre-Registration by August 7, 2020 for NEW APPLICANTS ONLY. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER BY 8/7/20 IF YOU WANT TO SIT FOR THE OCTOBER REMOTE BAR EXAMINATION.
The pre-registration period will ONLY be open from August 3- August 7, 2020. Only online pre-registrations will be accepted using the link above. Phone calls and emails will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you did not previously transfer your application from July 2020 and you are a new applicant for October who fails to pre-register by the deadline of August 7, 2020, you will not be eligible to sit for October. The application period beginning on August 15, 2020 will only be valid for a February 2021 Uniform Bar Examination.
NOTE: Pre-Registration period is CLOSED.
Step 3: Compile the following to be uploaded to the online application or mailed in by August 15, 2020*:
1. Application fee of $580
2. Copy of your diploma or official transcript.
3. If you have not yet graduated, you must mail in an early tester affidavit
4. Copy of government-issued identification.
5. Authorization and Release
6. Fingerprint card* must be received by September 15, 2020
7. If applicable, Form 1 Testing Accommodation Request Form and all supporting documentation must be received no later than August 15, 2020.
Step 4: Submit application and pay $580 application fee by August 14, 2020. (APPLICATION FORM AVAILABLE AUG 10, 2020)
You MUST complete an online application and submit payment during the open application period of August 10- August 14, 2020. The October application will be available beginning August 10th through August 14, 2020 for those who previously submitted their pre-registration by the August 7, 2020 deadline.
SPECIAL NOTE: The Code of Conduct found in the online application will NOT apply. Please upload the blank form and a separate Code of Conduct Form for the October exam will be sent out at a later date to submit.
Step 5: Submit supporting documentation by August 15, 2020.
This includes documents listed above for application and accommodation forms by August 15, 2020.
Step 6: Pay remote vendor fee and submit code of conduct form: TBA
