Dear Leadership Institute Program Participants,
The issues we were having with the registration system for the Leadership Institute Programs, have been resolved! The registration process will resume back to the way it was previously.
On the calendar page:
Select your class and click on Book Now to register.
Complete the registration information. (Add your court information, i.e. first/last name, work email, work phone, work address, court name, No: Places required: Enter 1 )
Click on Confirm Booking.
Click on Place Booking. (If you do not click this button your registration will not be saved!)
As a reminder, registration for all leadership Institute classes begins 60 days prior to the scheduled event date (e.g. Registration opens February 1 for a class scheduled April 1). Registration functions on a “first come, first served” basis. As class sizes are limited, we recommend noting on your personal calendar the class date and the open registration date, so you don’t forget to enroll.
Registration for all classes will remain open until one week prior to the scheduled event date, or when it reaches class size limit, whichever comes first. Once a class is full, you can still register your information, but will automatically be placed on a waitlist and should receive a confirmation email regarding it. If you do not receive either a confirmation of your registration, or a waitlist confirmation, please contact the Leadership Institute staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or the Leadership Institute registrar at 602-452-3031.
The ACS webinar registrations will continue to take place through WebEx after an invitation email from Tony Cornay (email@example.com) is sent to all eligible participants.
Thank you for your patience during this process, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The Leadership Institute Team – Sarah, Diane and Tony
Program Requisite (ACM and ACE Participants please read):
ACM and ACE participants are required to complete a minimum of one class each 12 months following admittance into the ACM/ACE program in order to remain active participants in the program. Inactive participants will be removed from the program 12 months following notification of inactivity.
At this time there is no cost to attend these classes for Arizona certification. Classes are held at the Judicial Education Center in Phoenix and travel costs are the responsibility of the participant or their court.
The National Center for State Courts (NCSC) is increasing the national certification fee to $100 per class beginning July 1, 2018. (applies to ACM and ACE only) Arizona Court Supervisor (ACS) Face-to-Face classes DO NOT require a fee.
