Janet Johnson is the Clerk of the Arizona Supreme Court and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Clerk’s office including processing of all filings, maintaining the records, preparing agendas and publishing opinions. Previously, Janet served as the Director of the Court Services Division of the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts from June of 2000 to June of 2012. Prior to moving to Arizona, Janet served as the Assistant Director of the Court Services Division at the Missouri Administrative Office of the Courts for nearly 7 years. Other previous experience in Missouri includes service as a Chief Deputy Juvenile Officer, program and policy development and child protective services. Janet holds a master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in planning and administration and is a Fellow of the Institute for Court Management.
