RICK S. RAGER is the Court Administrator for the Tempe Municipal Court. He has managed many automation projects including the in-house development and implementation of a case and financial system that has been used in Tempe for the past two years. Rick has over 21 years experience in the criminal justice system, including work as a probation officer and at the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts. He serves on the State's Court Automation Coordinating Committee (CACC) and the Technical Advisory Council (TAC). He graduated from the National Center for State Courts' Institute for Court Management program in 2002.
