          Juris Doctor, Arizona State University – Juris Doctor Awarded:  December 19, 1986.

·        Professional Experience:

          Private Practice, Boyle, Pecharich, Cline & Whittington - (1988 - 1989).

         General Private Practice (1989 - 2009):  Emphasis in general civil and municipal 
         law. (Clients included the Towns of Clarkdale, Jerome and Dewey-Humboldt.)

·        Professional Memberships:

         Arizona State Bar Association

·        Judicial Experience:

          Chino Valley Municipal Magistrate (August 2009 – October 2010).

          Yavapai County Superior Court (2009 - 2013). Appointed by Governor Jan Brewer.

          Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.  Appointed by Governor Jan Brewer on
          October 6, 2013.

·        Public Service:

          Yavapai Humane Society – Past Board Member and President for approximately 15
          years.

          Yavapai County Big Brothers/ Big Sisters – Past Board Member.

          Frontier Rotary Club of Prescott – Past President and Member for approximately 12
          years.

·         Honors:

          Trustee Emeritus, Northcentral University

          Awarded Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters, Northcentral University, June 9, 2012

          Yavapai College Alumni of the Year, April, 2013.

          Recipient, Certificate of Achievement for Outstanding Performance from the Defense
          Nuclear Agency, for activities occurring during the period June
          2, to September 15, 1974, while assigned by the Naval Security Group to the USNS
          Huntsville in regard to operations then on-going in the South Pacific.

          Recipient of Commendation for conduct while stationed aboard the USS Gridley during
          NATO maneuvers between February 15, and March 15, 1976.

          2013 Yavapai County Bar Association's Honorable Jack L. Ogg Award for promoting a
          positive image of lawyers to the general public through their exemplary community
          service in activities outside of the legal profession.
