PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:                        

Judge Gemmill was appointed to the Arizona Court of Appeals in 2001. 

Prior to becoming a judge, he spent 25 years in the private practice

of law in Phoenix, Arizona.  He limited his practice to litigation matters,

including personal injury/wrongful death litigation, product liability,

insurance, and commercial litigation.

Judge Gemmill retired from the Court of Appeals in June of 2016.
