NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE CORRECTIONS OFFICER RETIREMENT PLAN LOCAL BOARD FOR THE SUPERIOR COURT

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Superior Court and to the general public that the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board for the Superior Court will hold a meeting open to the public Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., Arizona State Courts Building, 1501 W. Washington Street, Conference Room 109, Phoenix, Arizona 85007.   Members of the Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. As indicated in the agenda, the Local Board may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, to discuss confidential matters pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (2) (3).

III.    Disability Retirement – The Local Board may vote to go into Executive Session to discuss medical documentation and receive legal advice for the following Disability Claim pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(2 & 3).

IV.    Approval of Normal Retirement – The Local Board may consider and vote on the approval of Normal Retirement benefits for the following applications or defer decision to a later date:
