Welcome to the Distance Learning Unit's Download section for web-based curriculum. Here you will find complete trainings created  using a variety of authoring tools which you can download directly to your computer and take at your own pace.

 These trainings exist on an internal server and are for court staff only. External and non-AJIN users will not be able to access these training modules.

The following courses are also available for you to download and take on your computer. You may need the Winzip utility (available on most computers automatically) to extract any files that may be compiled.

To download these trainings:

1) Click the link for the course you would like to take. This will open a separate window in which you will see a zipped file containing the course materials.

2) Click and drag this file to your desktop. It may take as long as 15 minutes for the file to save down, so be patient. Do not save this file to any shared or network drive, as it may not play back properly.

3) Once the file has completed downloading, double-click it from your desktop to open it, locate the file with .exe as the extension, and double click this to run the program.

This course was created by the Judicial College of Arizona and uses six topics to review Arizona law. Each topic presents Arizona evidence law in the context of a case you are likely to hear while on the bench.

Initial Appearances

This course was created by the Judicial College of Arizona to introduce you to three common proceedings conducted in limited jurisdiction courts. There is a graded, comprehensive test at the end of the program. If you pass the test you will be presented with a certificate of completion for your records.
