The Education Services Division will be offering a New Training Coordinator Orientation on Thursday, October 25 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm., Mountain Time (Arizona, GMT-07:00). This training is required for all new training coordinators, within 90 days of appointment.

Curriculum:
This class will cover all aspects of the training coordinator position and provide opportunity for questions/answers to assist new training coordinators in assuming their new roles in their individual departments and courts. The orientation is designed to review:

· Training Resources
· Accreditation
· Arizona Code of Judicial Administration (ACJA) Section 1-302
· COJET reporting process
To Register:
· Type azcourts.webex.com into your browser
· Click the “Upcoming” tab
· Look for “New Training Coordinator Orientation”
· Click on “Register”
· Enter registration password: NTCO
· After you complete the registration form you will receive an Invitation to the training session, via email. Keep This Information – You will use it to enter the session on the day of class)
Day of Class:
· You will receive an email asking you to “Join the WebEx Meeting” and follow instructions to enter the session.
· You will need a computer and headset with microphone to participate in this class.·
· Participants will by unable to enter the session until 30 minutes prior to the start time.
