Instructor: Gabe Goltz
Venue: Supreme Court Building, Room 101
Time: 10:30 a.m.  - 12:00 p.m.

With as many as four generations working alongside each other in today’s workplace, it can seem a daunting task to be able to lead all four in the same direction.  Will a leader of one generation prefer to lead in a way that runs counter to the leadership preferences of the other generations?  Where should you anticipate conflicts?  This interactive session will focus on some of the characteristics of each of the four generations, including how they may prefer to lead and how they may prefer to be led in a variety of contexts, both large and small.  Be ready to leave this session equipped to be a true “21st century leader”!

Materials will be posted here closer to program date.
