New Juvenile Rules (R20-0044) - Effective July 1, 2022
With Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Courts being overhauled and taking effect on July 1, 2022, the following recorded sessions provide the juvenile law practitioner with the tools necessary to navigate the changes.
- Both dependency and delinquency practitioners will learn the mechanism by which the new Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Courts were created.
- A frank panel discussion will provide insight on which rules were chosen for amendment, why others were not amended, and what considerations were made for changes required to effected statutes.
- A working knowledge of the rules will be provided with the goal that, upon reviewing the recorded sessions, the attendee will be well suited to employ the new rules.
