Oral Arguments

The Arizona Supreme Court is coming to Arizona State University...

As the highest court in the state, Arizona Supreme Court Oral Arguments are a critical part of the judicial system. In fact, oral arguments are held throughout the year at the State Courts Building in downtown Phoenix and are open to the public.

To provide the opportunity for residents from across Arizona to view the work of the court, the Arizona Supreme Court typically holds oral arguments in various communities throughout the year.

On February 28, the Court is coming Tempe at Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’ Connor College of Law, to hold oral arguments. Law students, faculty and attorneys will attend the proceedings.

Oral Arguments will take place in the College of Law, Great Hall, located near McAlister and Orange Street.

10:10am – 10:50am - AARON ENGLER v. GULF INTERSTATE ENGINEERING

10:55am – 11:35am - STATE ex rel HORNE v. AUTOZONE, INC.
