This session will offer training on what civility is and isn’t and how to improve civil dialogue in your environment. We will cover a range of topics which intersect with civility including self-awareness, personal integrity, professional ethics, communication skills, interpersonal psychology, etiquette, diversity awareness, cultural sensitivity, and more. You will be introduced to a number of techniques which will enhance your ability to engage others in civil discourse in your work and personal life.

Pre-Test Your System Access

A successful viewing experience for your program participants is dependent on your ability to launch the video interface from the program page. To test your system, click this TEST LINK. If the video launches and you are able to see and hear a pre-recorded program you will be able to access the Blended Learning webcast on the day of the conference. If you cannot launch the program please contact your court's technical support group for assistance. For conference viewing you will need a means of projecting sound and video for your participants.
