Bob Ramsey Executive Education is the path in Arizona to earning Certified Municipal Clerk and Master Municipal Clerk and Certified Public Manager® credentials. Classes are available in classroom and online. Bob Ramsey Executive Education is the only nationally accredited provider of the Certified Public Manager® (CPM) credential in Arizona. Interested Arizona clerks may be eligible for scholarships, in the form of tuition reduction, from the Arizona Municipal Clerks’ Association.
