During a review, it was discovered that the list of activities in Rule 4.1(A) of the Code of Conduct for Clerks of Superior Court was left incomplete. Since that rule substantively mirrors Rule 4.1(A) of the Code of Judicial Conduct, subparagraphs (8), (9), and (10) concerning judicial conduct were lightly edited to complete the list of activities in the Code of Conduct for Clerks of Superior Court.
