    On October 5, 2022, the Arizona Supreme Court adopted technical changes to the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-206 on an emergency basis.
    Modifications incorporate conforming changes to recent legislation and clarify the interpretation of self-study credits for continuing education.
    The changes are posted for public comment. The Certification and Licensing Division will provide a summary of comments received, if any, to the Arizona Judicial Council for permanent adoption of the changes.
    Comment deadline: November 10, 2022.
