Would amend Rule 26(d) of the Rules of Civil Procedure to clarify when a responding party must prepare its portion of a joint statement of discovery or disclosure dispute.
Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
