Propose adding ARCP Rule 38(a)(1) to clarify how and who is responsible for providing juries. Without such direction this 7th Amendment right may mistakenly be presumed to have disappeared.

Would amend Ariz. R. Civ. P. to add Rule 38(a)(1) to cite sources for the right of trial by jury (U.S. Const. Art. 3 and 10th Amend.)
