    annotation/revision
The time period of 25 days should be revised to state before or prior to trial. The limitation is until trial at the 9th Cir. And U.S.Ct.
    Can you revise that rule?

Would amend Criminal Procedure Rule 12.9 to permit challenges to a grand jury proceedings up to the beginning of trial.

    Filed July 30, 2020.

Comments must be submitted on or before Monday, May 3, 2021.
