Filed: June 27, 2022 Would amend Rules 3.2, 4.2, 7.3, 11.5, 14.4, 39, and 41 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to implement several new statutes enacted in the 2022 legislative session. Comments due on or before October 17, 2022. Petitioner's reply due on or before October 21, 2022.
