SUA SPONTE PETITION TO AMEND RULES 31.27 AND 32.10, ARIZONA RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
The proposal, as set forth in Attachment A, would amend Rules 31.27 and 32.10, AZ Rules of Criminal Procedure, to prescribe the manner of notifying a vIctim in a capital case when a party requests an extension of time to file a brief in appellate and post-conviction relief proceedgins, as requied by A.R.S. §§ 13-4042 and 13-4234.01.
