    Would amend Ariz. R. Evid. 106 to conform to the anticipated 2023 amendments to Fed. R. Evid. 106

    Would amend Arizona Rule of Evidence 106 to conform to the anticipated amendments to Federal Rule of Evidence 106 governing the “rule of completeness.”

    Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
