This petition would (1) allow the Supreme Court to select the chair of the Committee on Examinations and Committee on Character and Fitness; and (2) clarify the Court's role with respect to minimum passing scores for the Uniform Bar Examination and Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination.

Would amend Rules of the Supreme Court to authorize the Court to select the chairs of the Committees on Examinations and on Character and Fitness and to set minimum passing scores for the Uniform Bar Exam and Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam.

Comments must be submitted on or before May 1, 2020.

Replies must be submitted on or before June 1, 2020.
