This amendment would delete Supreme Court Rule 34(f)(4).

Would abrogate Ariz. Sup. Ct. Rule 34(f)(4), which says that a lawyer licensed in another jurisdiction is not eligible for admission on motion if the lawyer has failed an Arizona bar examination or has passed the uniform bar examination in another jurisdiction but failed to achieve the Arizona scaled score within 5 years of applying for admission on motion.
