    The proposed amendment would add a new Rule 4.6 to the Code of Judicial Conduct that would apply only to judges who face partisan competitive elections and allow some limited political activity.

    Would add a new Rule 4.6 to the Arizona Code of Judicial Conduct (Rule 81, Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona) that would apply only to judges who face partisan competitive elections and allow some limited political activity.

    Comments must be submitted on or before Monday, May 2, 2022.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted on or before Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
