    Would amend various Ethical Rules (set forth in Rule 42 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona) to, among other things, prescribe the ethical obligations of a government lawyer with respect to potential conflicts of interest involving governmental clients.

    Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
