    Would amend Rules 34(f)(1)(D), 34(f)(1)(E), and 34(h)(1)(E) to clarify the "good standing" requirement for applicants seeking admission by motion or transfer of the Uniform Bar Examination score.

    Would amend Rule 34(f)(1)(D) & (E) and Rule 34(h(1)(E) of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona to clarify the “good standing” requirement for applicants seeking admission by motion or seeking transfer of the Uniform Bar Examination score.

    Comments must be submitted no later than Monday, May 1, 2023.
    Any reply by a petitioner must be submitted no later than Thursday, June 1, 2023.
