    PETITION TO ADOPT PROPOSED RULE 39 -- A RULE FOR DEALING WITH NATURAL DISASTERS

    Giving the Supreme Court authority to adopt measures in response to natural disasters in this jurisdiction or others that would permit lawyers to relocate to other jurisdictions and continue to serve the interests of their clients without running afoul of prohibitions on the unauthorized practice of law
